Read Monster High book 4 in a day. This book is more like the Mattel Nick cartoon movies as the monster are now no longer in disguise and Frankie is shopping at the mall in her mint green skin, blue and white stripe hair and stitches. Got Draculara driving home from school in her new car from WHY DO GHOULS FALL IN LOVE special, got a normal girl dating Heath.

Wikipedia monster high new photos finally posted a half way descent image of the CGI form of Spectra. She pass the screen so quickly in the CGI specials that I never get a good look at how her CGI form compare to her previous animated form. Most images I seen on the internet of her have been kind of blurry.
We just messing around in Google and word Monster High and came across a new cover image of this falls GHOULS RULE DVD done in regular artwork rather than computer generation. rumors now that movie may be done in normal animation instead of CGI.
Was over at Fanpop Monster high site and interesting that among the new images are screen shots of some episode where Frankie and other monster are shrunk to doll size. Scenes of them running away from a giant school book and flying on a paper air plane. Not sure what un aired web episode this comes from.
From the trailer looks like Lagoona wants her boyfriend Gil to meet her parents which he nervous about seeing as they don't care for fresh water creatures and aboard the ship to Skull Shores Gill is nervous about being surrounded by the sea. Also the guy who runs the resort at Skull Shores seem to have plan to offer Frankie up as a monster sacrifice to some tentacle sea creature.
Wikipedia has some good CGI monster high art work called ESCAPE FROM SKULL SHORES. Shame like other CGI shots with Spectra in it that it pretty blurry. Nice with the ghouls on a ship deck. Not to mention Lagoona and Gil together.
Like how you got some of my favorite screen shots done larger than Wikipiedia and other web sites post them so their not so blurry to look at when enlarge. Wish the scene from the Monster high Valentine special WHY DO GHOULS FALL IN LOVE opening credits where all the ghouls are standing over words MONSTER HIGH had your type of treatment.
Don't have anything to scan you an image but as said would like to see that screen shot I seen on WIKIPEDIA or other sites from the CGI valentine special opening credits where the main characters including Spectra is standing over words MONSTER HIGH.
while Sarah Screams who now has a doll of herself still hasn't spoken in cartoon it nice to have the pink cat ear girl speak when asking Cupid for advice. Think she first back ground regular character to do so.
Didn't notice it while watching the special but catching a still image from WHY DO GHOULS FALL IN LOVE on Wikipedia have to say Operaetta creep me out a bit more. In the old animation she doesn't seem to have her father facial disfigurement under the mask while in the CGI version she does.
Thought how Spectra moved through the floor and stuff was cool in CGI special. Wish Wikipedia and stuff would of given us a clear image of her CGI form since she was always on the move in the special and only opening group shot posted on line make her image a bit blurry.
yeah. they way spectra moved was nice, the only thing i didnt like about her was her hair, i found that they pushed it back to much. i also felt that ghoulia slumped over way to much. and yea operaette didnt look as well as she did in the cartoon, but i found that jackson looked better in cgi form. considering that they darkened his hair, because in the the cartoon its grey shaded
WHY DO GHOULS fall in love was good though the new CGI looks takes some getting use to. Especially with Lagoona and a few of the others. Also trying to figure out if Nick or Mattel got a different voice actor to do Duce than in the normal animation.
Speaking of Webisodes strange that Wikipedia link showed a new video on You Tube but haven't seen it posted on in Video section of Mattel web site.
i liked it to, and yes it will get some getting use too. but in the ghouls rule i hope they pay more attention to details. because frankie clearly has 8 rows of stitches but they gave her 9(added one on her left arm)and did you notice how think cleos arm wrap was? and lots of there little things that were annoying but over all it was a good plot.
